Titrivin BTA

Titrivin offers a complete range of reference wines for apparatus calibration, and evaluation and control of the measurement methods.

In order to guarantee the effect of"wine matrix",, each reference wine is exclusively prepared by a mixture of wines and musts from various origins in order to adjust the parameters with the selected target values. They constitute coherent and well-balanced ranges.

The wine is then stabilized by physical processes. It is conditioned in perfectly homogeneous batch. The only additive is SO2 in a usual concentration in oenology. The reference values are calculated with a series of results from tests of international laboratories that are accredited by COFRAC or a national organization of accreditation. Only official methods of analysis, OIV and EC, are applied.

The whole procedure meets the recommendations of the Guides ISO34 and ISO35 for the development of materials of reference. The development process runs under quality management and meets the requirements of ISO9001-V2000 standards. The certification obtained by the Vine and Wine Service of the Chamber of Agriculture of the Gironde reinforces the guarantee of a reliable organization. It has been delivered by AFAQ, a French leader and one of the very first organizations of certification in the world.
