Our history in oenological analysis

Since 1855, when Jules Salleron founded a precision instrumentation company in Paris, Laboratoires Dujardin-Salleron has perpetuated unique expertise in oenology and spirits. Joined by Jules Dujardin in 1880, the company became Dujardin-Salleron. Acquired in 2003 by Laurent Dubreuil, it obtained ISO 9001 certification in 2005, partnered with Verrerie Dumas in 2010, and then acquired Fabre's expertise in 2018. Located in Noizay, the company combines tradition and innovation, and remains a benchmark in precision instrumentation thanks to its high standards and its integrated design office, which drives its investment in R&D.

Innovation for Wine and Spirits

In 2025, Laboratoires Dujardin-Salleron will celebrate 170 years of innovation in oenological analysis and precision instrumentation. Inheriting the vision of Jules Salleron and Jules Dujardin, pioneers in their field, they uphold a legacy of excellence based on market listening, technical rigor, and the ability to anticipate developments. Today, the company is expanding its scope to new sectors, while developing flexible, connected instruments adapted to tomorrow's needs.
