The instrument consists of :

• An aluminum block, drilled with a female cone, heated by four cartridge heaters to a temperature of 130 °C.
• A stainless steel male cone, attached to the glassware, holds the sample to be distilled and fits into the female cone, enabling rapid boiling of the sample.
• A column filled with stainless steel mesh, preventing liquid entrainment through mechanical priming.
• An oversized Graham condenser, ensuring efficient condensation of distillates.
• All operations are managed by a user-adjustable timer.
• At the end of the programmed time, the male and female cones disengage automatically. The distillation process stops instantly when the contact between the two cones is broken.

• The heating temperature is limited to 130°C, preventing the pyrogenation of extractive materials.
• Supplied with glassware and products required for alcohol distillation.
• The heating block is made of high-strength machined aluminum with built-in electric heating.
• The permanent preheating of the female block ensures the constant availability of the device.
• Refrigeration is automatically stopped between uses by a electrovalve.
• A double guard flask and a column filled with stainless steel mesh prevent sample entrainment.
• A digital thermometer displays the temperature of the refrigerant liquid.
• A yellow indicator light remains on throughout the distillation process.
• The start is triggered by pressing the "START" push button. The end is controlled by the timer after the selected duration or can also be triggered manually by pressing the push button.
