It consists in calibrating an instrument according to the CUCKOW method: by hydrostatic weighing with continuous variation in the depth of the instrument’s immersion in a standard liquid kept at 20°C (± 0.08°C). The inspection certificate delivered with the instrument gives the necessary corrections to be applied. The instrument is not included.
