3 different methods used:

• Mini-contact: Determines potassium bitartrate (KHT) precipitation, expressed in µS (microsiemens). This value indicates the stability of the wine being tested.
• Saturation point: The analysis automatically determines the saturation temperature of the tested sample, expressed in °C.
• Mini-contact with Forecast: Determines KHT precipitation, expressed in µS (microsiemens). Using CheckFuture® it predicts future crystal precipitation.

Once the instrument has been prepared for analysis, it operates automatically without further operator intervention until the final step (cleaning of the probe assembly).

New analytical software system to manage data that permits:

• Visualize and print analysis graphically or in text format (normal or differential mode)
• Visualize user status
• Visualize the analysis in single or multiple mode (simultaneous visualization of up to 10 analyses).
