The wine sector is going through an unprecedented period of instability: a decrease in wine consumption (-17% in 20 years according to the OIV), rising expectations regarding health and the environment, climate change, increased economic pressure... Faced with this reality, winegrowers, cooperative cellars, and merchants all express the same urgency. All want or need to reinvent themselves, diversify, innovate, and adapt to the realities of the sector.
Listening to the market, guided by excellence, innovation, commitment, and expertise, the two companies have decided to pool their skills and expertise to open new perspectives for viticulture, by focusing on innovation and diversification as a lever for transformation. From this synergy, CREAWINE Technologies was born, a modular and scalable technological platform, designed to meet the challenges of the cellar of tomorrow. Shortlisted for the Sitevi Innovation Awards, it will be presented as a preview at the Sitevi Exhibition in Montpellier, from November 25 to 27, 2025.
CREAWINE Technologies makes it possible to create vine-based beverages that meet new expectations: dealcoholized wines, NoLow beverages, sparkling drinks, functional drinks, or products based on viticultural co-products (pomace and press wines). Laboratoires Dujardin-Salleron design, manufacture, and distribute analysis equipment and measuring instruments dedicated mainly to oenology and spirits. The company is ISO 9001 certified. It has also committed to the Diag Décarbon'Action and Eco-Flux approaches and has recently joined the Coq Vert community.
